Your Hosting Accounts comes with unlimited Email Aliases & Forwarders. You can create and manage Email Aliases from your control panel.

  To Create Email Aliases

1. Log in to ControlDesk with your username & password.

2. In Products section, Select Hosting Accounts & Search & Manage Account.

3. You can search your account based on domain name, package, customer/reseller or Server IP Address.  Enter the search criteria and click Search Hosting Account.

Alternatively, you can also List all your accounts by selecting List All Accounts in Hosting Accounts section.

4. Your hosting account should be now listed. Click on the Domain name for which you wish to create email alias.

5. Click Mail Aliases.

6. Click Add Aliases.

7. You will need to enter your desired email address which you wish to setup as email alias along with destination email address where it should be forwarded.

If you wish to forward the emails to mailboxes of same domain, select destination mailbox from drop-down box. (Option A).

If you wish to forward the emails to external email addresses, use Advance Option. (Option B). You can set upto 5 different email addresses seperated by a comma.
