You can Upgrade or Downgrade your Hosting accounts from your Control Panel.

mark.gif  To Upgrade or Downgrade your Hosting Accounts

1. Log in to ControlDesk with your username & password.

2. In Products section, Select Hosting Accounts & Upgrade Account.

3. You can search your account based on domain name, package,  customers/resellers or Server IP Address. 
Enter the search criteria and click Search Hosting Account.

4. Your hosting account should be now listed. Click on the Domain name, to upgrade or downgrade your hosting account.

5. You can upgrade/downgrade hosting account based on your reseller package's restrictions.

If this account is also a part of your customer's reseller package, appropriate restriction based on your reseller package & your customer's reseller package will apply.
